I've been curious about trying CBD and this may be something helpful. I've just picked up a second job and it's very hard to get to sleep and sleep well when you're going full steam all day long. They sell CBD around here in stores but it seems to be topical uses only at about 25 dollars per 30 servings of 10mg. I haven't tried any of the topical ointments or sprays as I try to use massage and light exercise to relieve soreness so I can't really comment on whether that is relatable to a tincture or oil you consume. I used to use melatonin and it provided some amazing sleep and on the extreme of the other end I have taken phenibut and the sleep it provides is almost unnaturally deep. Edit: I just had to shell out my federal taxes or I would order this to try it, I'll have to look into it next week hopefully the coupon code lasts that long lol.
