as i see lots of good reviews about CBD products most of them really proves the effectiveness of this product and i think it is a wonderful product to try with.

1. insufficient medical research on the products. 2. CBD is less effective in isolation from THC and vice versa 3. Promoting a product is a turn off 4. Most companies are putting too much CBD and/or THC in their products. High concentrations create diminishing returns with long term use and no ability to adjust the dose. 5. It only appears ( lack of evidence ) to work for some people, others have adverse or no positive reactions 6. Most of what is available where I am is black market which has been linked to 100s of illnesses and 2 deaths. ( no nicotine products were found to be involved despite some of the news you may have heard ).

your results are just as likely to be a placebo effect given current research. That's fine if it helps you but that's horrible if it turns out to be the only reason it works. I have gotten a hold of THC pens and have had access in the past to legal marijuana. I can attest that for me personally this helps especially with meltdowns but also just keeping my emotions in check when dealing with NORMS that don't have a clue. But that is just my experience and I in no way am going to support that for everyone. Then again I deal with chronic pain too.
I'm going to give Calm by Wellness a try. I heard good things about their new Terpene CBD tinctures (different from other companies) and CBD gummies from other YouTube reviewers. Thanks for the review. CBD IS EVERYWHERE, this is good to know how you actually feel about this product.

I never thought of using cbd as a post work out . That is a great idea. My cbd oil has 0.25mg of thc per 10mg of cbd. The bottle is similar to the one in this video. If I had more money I would try others and I hope that many do. I am satisfied with mine though. Thanks for the post workout tip. Maybe one day I'll try a different cbd than mine just for the fun of it. 🙂
I use CBD oil for pain as well as to help with sleep. I'm a firm believer in the oil because it work better due to you putting it under the tongue. I used it twice for my son when he had a head ache. It helps and I did notice with him it helped him sleep as well. When it comes to that. To me it is better that giving Tylenol or ibuprofen. Because naturally we have thos receptirs in our bodies where as with Tylenol or ibuprofen we do not. I would like to see more researchers look into this oil as well as the supplements for other things as well. All we currently know is that it help to calm sezures, pain, aids in sleep, and helps with people who have mild to sever anxiety dissorders. I use Green Roads (non spons) because of how it is made and there is no THC and is made with digestable glycerin oil and grapeseed oil (I'm allergic to coconuts). The one I use tastes good as well. Ive had a company contact me to try thwir product but they wanted me to buy it. I looked them up and thwir oild was close to $100 for an oil that jas less than 100 mg of CBD. It has to do with dosage body mass and with most oils it takes 72 hours for it to start working.
The ones that contain THC are the best. There are many that do not contain THC in the US. All CBD products are different. If one brand doesn't work, try others.
