Don't look toward Massachusetts on how to get legalization right. The amount of cronyism written into the legislation is disgusting. Also, I hope Rhode Island decides to favor licensing dispensaries that are employee owned co-ops first. Marijuana is a gold mine. Rhode Island legislators have within their power the ability to ensure that the middle/working class can take part in the financial gains of this new industry.
