SIBLEY—A 21-year-old Sibley man was cited about 10:40 p.m. Saturday, March 12, on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The citing of Brian Daniel Miranda stemmed from the stop of a 2107 Subaru WRX for having a dark window tint, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
A strong odor of marijuana was detected.
Miranda admitted to having marijuana and a bong in the vehicle, according to the incident report.
