Its a good combo. I feel like a lot of the time you just need to get oxygen into your brain. This can be done with yogic inversions, ie getting your brain level with or below your heart. You can feel anxiety if you hold your breath for long enough. Your brain releases stress hormones to say 'I ain't getting oxygen friend'.
