I'm moving to CO Springs and it's kind of shocking that they don't already have Recreational Shops considering how long CO has been legal. I do agree that allowing everyone to grow in house isn't good policy, at least not until the States next door to CO legalize because it promotes black market inter-state sales. You can use Cannabis responsibly as an adult, so his comparison in saying recreational shops are the equivalent as saying 'Don't drink Responsibly is absurd. In the end anyone who wants to buy recreational pot in CO Springs will drive to a store, stock up, and come home to CO Springs to burn it. If that's undoubtedly happening, then they're not mitigating any harm instead just losing taxes.

The recreational prices are alot medical is much better price and deals but not everyone wants a mmj card
